I began working at Generations in 2014 as a Residential Counselor. I always had a passion for working with children and providing support for those in need. I instantly became very passionate about Generations’ mission and wanted to do more to help break the cycle of abuse. I have served in several roles here, including Human Service Professional, Staff Development Manager and Quality Improvement Manager. After a short time away from Generations, I felt called back to continue working towards our mission of no more victims. I am now the Compliance Manager, ensuring we are meeting state and federal standards, while providing residents with an exemplary level of care.
